For all indoor sessions, whether maternity pictures, a newborn session, baby’s first year milestones, children’s portraits or family photos, enjoy the convenience and look of studio portraits captured at your home in, or near, Sarasota, Florida.

I will work with you to identify your session goals and, if there’s a certain portrait style you’d like to achieve, I will bring along equipment, including a studio light or a backdrop, if necessary to create your desired look.

Why should I consider having a photo session in my own home*?
Families LOVE the ability to have a session in their own home for different reasons. Some enjoy that it means less stress in getting the kids ready and out the door the day of. Others LOVE the idea of having pictures done their home where we can capture pictures of you snuggling on the couch, jumping on beds, playing a favorite game, or swinging outdoors. The options really are endless! No matter the reason, you’ll walk away with a fun mix of classic posed portraits and relaxed, lifestyle portraiture of you and your family playing together in the very place you do life every day. These are some of my very favorite type of pictures of my own family and I know you will treasure them as well!

I prefer an outdoor photo session. Do you do that?
Of course! A portrait session outdoors is a great opportunity to add color and life into your images and is perfect for little ones who need to be on the move. Being outside provides more room to spread out and have fun together which is a big part of what I’ll be capturing for you. I am always happy to recommend some of my favorite spots around town that are perfect for capturing your family’s portraits.

*Please note that due to the nature of travel and the additional expense it brings to my business, my standard service area for in-home session is an 18 mile radius from 34238 zipcode; for locations and homes that fall outside of this, I would love to still serve you, however, an additional travel fee of $14 per additional mile will apply.
