I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news…
I’m expecting our third child, a baby boy due in March 2016!!!
Love this sweet drawing my daughter did of our “new” family, just days after learning the BIG news!!
We are so thankful for this surprise blessing we never thought was possible, however, it does mean that I will need to take some time away from shooting which makes me a bit teary as as I know I’ll be missing watching all the little ones I snuggled & photographed when they were newborns, grow into little people. :( It also means I won’t be capturing moments for any new amazing families either for the time being, but I know this is a small chapter in my life and it’s what is needed to take care of my family at the present time.
I’m taking extra precautions this time around as I went into preterm labor with my last pregnancy at 21 weeks and spent two months in the hospital + a month at home on strict rest. I underwent a procedure two weeks ago and started modified bedrest in the hopes I can prevent or prolong his arrival as long possible. I will also be taking some time off after he’s born to soak up those little days, but will keep you posted when I am back up and scheduling! {UPDATE: I’m back to booking!! :D}
